Scampi (Langoustines)

Scampis (Langoustines)
 
Basic cooking.

  1. Add to a big pot of water, coriander seeds, thyme, laurel, pepper, salt, parsley. 
  2. Catapult the Scampis into a big pot of boiling perfumed water.
  3. As soon as the water is bubbling again, cook for 3 minutes for small Scampis or 5 minutes for bigger ones.
  4. Stop the heat, throw the hot water somewhere.
  5. Rinse them under cold running water.​
  6. Serve cold with a mayonnaise or buddy it up with rice or/and salad.

You can keep it in the fridge for 2 days.
