MEMORIES of RECIPES
MEMOIRES de RECETTES
French cuisine flavoured by Australia
old sieve by J.L.Charon
Once I had mastered the can opener, the
terra incognita of cooking became my passion.
So, voici, voila... some of my best recipes.
I started cooking by obsessively respecting, to the dot,
the recipes’ instructions, and then
one day, I changed a few spices; the next day, reduced the cooking time, and the next day changed a main ingredient! Over time, boosted by good reviews from various food critics (my family and friends) I twisted and turned recipes into my own unique creations.
