Cacas au chocolat - Chocolate cow pats
Super easy, quick to cook, IG low and low carb, no flour, funny shapes, perfect for chocolate lover urges.
Ingredients
for 10/12 biscuits
2 eggs
100g melted unsalted butter
50g almond meal
50g hazelnuts meal (+1 spoon of hazelnut butter if you have it in the kitchen)
50g cacao unsweetened powder
80g brown sugar
Method
You can heat the oven rack a little bit before hand so it is easier to form the circles as the mixture soften.

Method
- Pre-heat the oven at 180.
- Melt the butter and set aside to cool down so it is warm but not hot.
- Stir eggs and sugar.
- Add the melted butter and stir in medium speed with a flat whisk (or a fork)
- Add almonds, hazelnuts and cocoa.
- Mix with the flat whisk (or a fork).
- With a large spoon, form a circle of the mixture on an unbleached parchment cooking paper.
- Cook in the oven for 11 minutes, not more or it will overcook or even burn the biscuits.
- Let it cool.
