5 eggs
1 glass of Olive Oil
1 glass of White Wine
150/200g ham
400g or a jar of green pitted Olives
150-200g grated cheese ( Gruyere or Cheddar, or both)

  1. Preheat the oven (220C/425F )
  2. Beat the flour and the 5 eggs together

  4. Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the mixture
  5. add green olives and gretted cheese - Mix together
  6. Put the preparation into a cake baking dish
  7. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes
  8. After 35/42 minutes, have a look and don't hesitate to cover it with an aluminium sheet if the top is too brown
  9. Plunge a knife in the heart of the cake to see if it well cooked ( a little bit of humidity is great)
  10. Serve hot or cold with a green salad
