You can keep it in the fridge for 2 days.

- Add to a big pot of water, coriander seeds, thyme, laurel, pepper, salt, parsley.
- Catapult the Scampis into a big pot of boiling perfumed water.
- As soon as the water is bubbling again, cook for 3 minutes for small Scampis or 5 minutes for bigger ones.
- Stop the heat, throw the hot water somewhere.
- Rinse them under cold running water.
- Serve cold with a mayonnaise or buddy it up with rice or/and salad.
