I like it by itself, only cooked on a pan with few drop of olive oil and buddy it up with
a good potatoes puree and a green salad.

Ingredients for four people
4 Kangaroo steaks
Olive oil

Method
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan then sear the steak until crispy on the outside.

Buddy it up with a potato puree or a salad.
